A Challenging Three-Story Glass Wall
This River’s Edge home presented one of the more challenging residential window tinting installations Sungate has completed in a while. The home has a large wall of three-story windows, stairs, and a very large chandelier positioned just one foot away from the glass.
The upper sections required careful planning and precise access so every pane could receive the same clean, professional finish.
Precision Work Around a Large Chandelier
To reach the highest glass, we removed half of the chandelier bulbs and carefully positioned a Little Giant ladder system so the top of the ladder sat inside the chandelier. That meant standing within the chandelier structure to properly tint the upper windows.
What we expected to be a four-hour installation took twice as long. We did not compromise on the details, and the final result was flawless.
Key highlights of the project:
- Complex three-story glass wall installation
- Precision work around a large, closely positioned chandelier
- Little Giant ladder system carefully positioned for upper-window access
- Clean, professional finish with no compromise on quality
- Another satisfied Milton homeowner
